Beginning in February 2023, the method of sending files for exhibition at our monthly meetings changed. Instead of emailing the files, use the new “Upload Files” page on our web site:

This link is also in the main navigation as “Submit Photos.”

The Upload Files page can upload up to four files at once for both the Open and Special divisions. Uploading files may not be as convenient as emailing them, but behind the scenes this new tool handles some naming and organizing chores.

Name your file the title of your photo. Keep each image size less than 2 megabytes.
